Hung 5/8 inch drywall throughout, including ceilings, for a solid, fire-resistant finish.
Taped and mudded every seam and corner in multiple coats, then sanded the whole house smooth.
Applied a consistent knockdown texture to walls and ceilings and left every room clean and ready for primer.
How it turned out
The home went from open framing to paint-ready walls and ceilings with an even knockdown texture in every room, and the builder's follow-on trades started on time.
